Before the Transformation
This is the crawl space that this couple had before we installed the solutions to their hard to breathe air. There was some spot where the dirt was wet and it was dusty which could be causing the air in the home to be stuffy.
Water Intrusions
Here is a sign of water intrusions in this crawl space. This wet dirt can make this area a hospitable environment for pests and mold, which no one wants. This also shows water is getting in and should be waterproofed so the water issues do not get worse.
Unstable Support
When we inspected the crawl space we noticed things like this. There were multiple spots where the floor was not being supported properly and knew this home needed a permanent, stable solution.
Project in Progress
This is what the Drainage Matting looks like under the CleanSpace Liner. The dimples in it direct the flow of water to the sump pump so it can be expelled out of the home.
Stable Support
The metal pole you see here is the SmartJack. This is a permanent solution to stabilizing the floors of the home.
The Dynamic Duo
This is the SaniDry Sedona and the SmartSump. These waterproofing products keep moisture, humidity, and water out of the crawl space while the SaniDry also filters the air for mold spores and other particles!
The Finished Product
This is what the crawl space looks like after all the products are installed: the Drainage Matting, CleanSpace, SmartSump, and SaniDry Sedona. The air is breathable again and the crawl space is clean!
