The crew, Logan, Nelson and Alex and project manager Ty arrived at 9:00am. I was told they would arrive between 9-10am. Ty asked to see the area and reviewed rooms where vents were to be placed. Ty and the crew then covered the steps and floor in the basement with plastic.

I appreciated Ty asking me if I had a preference on lower or higher placement of the vent at the bottom of the stairs. The crew was very efficient they cleaned up and swept after installation.

Ty and the crew were very polite and professional. Ty reviewed how the dehumidifier works and took the time to answer other non related questions I had. Very good experience.
