Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Installing a New Feed Line in Detroit, MI

Catherine had water issues in her basement and didn't understand why. She had a sump pump and internal draining done in the basement, yet there still seemed to be issues. She contacted us at Ayers Basement Systems, and an inspection was set up and conducted. The team determined that the feed lines running to the sump pump were deteriorating, and new lines should be considered.

Digging the Trench

Catherine proceeded with the installation, and the crew got to work! The installation team at Ayers needed to open up a space for the new feed line. Thus, the concrete was removed, and a trench was dug out!

Placing the Lines

Once the trench was dug out, the crew could begin placing the new feed line. The team could start covering the system after the pipe was established and adequately hooked up to the sump pump.

Finishing the Installation

Finally, the new feed line was covered in preparation for the cement. Once everything was set, concrete was filled back into the space to leave the basement looking like nothing had happened! Catherine was thrilled that the installation went smoothly and that her basement systems were working properly!
