Lupe and Kellen's Home was built in 1955 and the poured concrete foundation had water coming in. The home had flooded three times in the last six years and the corners of the floor were always moist. We came for an inspection and determined that they would need full waterproofing and foundational supports. Ayers would have to install WaterGuard, a TripleSafe sump pump, and new windows to combat the water coming in. To address the foundational problems causing the water issues, our crew would install CarbonArmor. This was a big job, but Lupe and Kellen were ecstatic to have it completed in a timely manner by Ayers

WaterGuard

WaterGuard is a sub-floor waterproofing system that collects water that leaks through the walls and keeps dirt away from the foundation. It is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing of the foundation. Concrete is poured on top and regular flooring can be placed on top.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

The TripleSafe sump pump system utilizes three pumps in order to remove excess water from the basement. The second and third pumps are in case of emergencies so the basement can remain dry, even when the power goes out.

EverLast Basement Windows

EverLast basement windows are designed to help make your home more energy-efficient and safe. They are framed with vinyl, instead of the more common metal or wood, so it won't rust or rot. They have a tight seal so no drafts of air or water will get into the home.

CarbonArmor

CarbonArmor is a flexible, fabric like epoxy that is 10x stronger than steel. The epoxy adheres to your basement or crawl space walls and penetrates into the surface to reinforce and stabilize.
