Geo-Lock Anchor
The Geo-Lock anchor is a permanent solution for bowing brick walls. The ground outside the cracked wall is excavated. an anchor is placed against the cracked wall and secured into stable dirt. on the other side of the cracked wall, inside the basement, a plate is fitted on the most problematic area. bolts connecting the anchor to the plate are tightened, providing a constant source of pressure on the wall, causing it to correct and stay corrected.
