Ella had water intruding into her basement from the floors. She suspected that it comes back up from the drain since their yard isn’t graded. They have a sump pump but in the spring it can’t keep up and they get up to 4 inches of standing water. In addition to water damage, Ella’s basement is presenting signs of bowing walls which can become a serious foundation problem in the future. To waterproof Ella’s basement, our team installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump, the WaterGuard Drain, and the IceGuard systems. In order to stabilize the walls, our team installed CarbonArmor, a wall reinforcing system.
