Water Damage Evidence
Due to the flooding that happens every spring and the 3-4 inches of water that is usually left standing, there is evidence of water damage in Ella's basement. We can see the discoloration here on the floor.
WaterGuard Is Installed Indoors
WaterGuard is a drainage system that is installed inside the home that catches water that falls from higher up on the walls and elsewhere in the basement.
Once Dried, WaterGuard is Nearly Invisible
Waterguard is easily installed and is nearly invisible once the concrete is replaced and dries.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Works With Three Pumps
The TripleSafe system is unique in that it is a battery-operated system with three pumps, one for everyday use, one for larger than average volumes of water, and one for when the power goes out to ensure drainage even in the dark.
IceGuard Ensures Winter Drainage
Waterguard drainage goes into the TripleSafe Sump Pump system that will pump the water out to the barely visible LawnScape Outlet and away from the house. As a secondary measure, the IceGuard system was also installed so that water can be expelled from the house even in freezing temperatures.
CarbonArmor Strengthens Walls
CarbonArmor fixes damaged, cracked, or bowing walls which are all very serious problems and can cause even more serious problems if they aren't fixed properly. CarbonArmor prevents the inward movement of your walls and reduces their cracks. In addition, this system can easily be concealed in order to give Ella's basement a finished, sleek look.
