Basement Waterproofing - Battery Backup Installed

The sump pump is installed with a pump that handles water removal in normal circumstances. In this case, we've also installed a secondary pump that runs off a marine style battery, the edge of which is just barely seen in the picture. This battery ensures that even when the power goes out, the basement stays dry.
