Block Moisture With CleanSpace

The CleanSpace wall system is installed to keep moisture from entering the basement through the walls. The liner directs any incoming water directly to the sump pump to be discharged from the home and has an anti-microbial additive to prevent mold and mildew growth.

Perimeter Waterproofing System

WaterGuard is a perimeter waterproofing system that directs any incoming water into specialized pipes and then exits it into the sump pump. The system is installed on top of the footing and slightly away from the foundation wall to ensure any incoming water will have room to filter into the pipe and to prevent the system from clogging with dirt.

For this specific basement we installed the SuperSump sump pump system with a TripleSafe liner. The SuperSump system includes a powerful pump that will serve all your basement needs. An airtight lid is used to keep water in the sump from evaporating into the basement, leading to even more moisture. It also comes with a floor drain that will allow water to immediately enter the sump if a flood occurs and a pump alarm that will let you know if the system cannot keep up. The TripleSafe liner accepts water from the ground and through the WaterGuard system.

The SaniDry XP is a dehumidification system that leaves your basement dry. The dehumidifier wrings the basement air dry of any moisture and you never have to empty a bucket because it automatically drains into the sump pump.

IceGuard Combats Cold Winter Temperatures

Discharge lines can be blocked by snow and ice during the winter and often times can cause the pipes to freeze. When this happens, water from the sump pump is unable to exit and will instead go back into your home, which can cause a flood. The specially designed holes in the IceGuard system help water leave the home even if the pipes are frozen.
