Trench for WaterGuard
A space is dug out along the footing of the foundation around the perimeter of the room to allow a space for WaterGuard.
WaterGuard Installation
Specially designed piping is placed in the trench, on top of the footing of the foundation to collect water from wall leaks. Since it doesn't sit alongside the footing, it won't get clogged with mud.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
This sump pump has three pumps contained within the liner, including a battery operated pump, so it can handle large amounts of water. It not only collects groundwater, but also the water collected by the WaterGuard system.
Finished WaterGuard
WaterGuard has a seamless finish, and is almost undetectable. Yet the small space between the floor and the wall is just enough to collect water from wall leaks.
IceGuard and LawnScape
Water is pumped out of the basement through the TripleSafe sump pump, and the water is discharged away from the home through this line. The line will be buried and will escape through the LawnScape outlet, eliminating an eyesore and tripping hazard. The white IceGuard fitting prevents the discharge lines from freezing or clogging with ice and snow in the winter.
SaniDry Basement Dehumidifier
The SaniDry dehumidifier wrings the air of moisture allowing clean, dry air to circulate up throughout your home instead of damp, potentially moldy air.
Finished Waterproofing System
TripleSafe and WaterGuard work to collect water from wall leaks and eliminate the water from the basement, making this basement dry and usable once again.
