Basement Waterproofing - Floor Shows Extent of Water Damage

When looking at a section of floor not covered by carpet, we can see how badly the water has affected the basement. One of the first signs of water damage (other than, ya know, puddles) is peeling or bubbling paint, and you can see the layers of paint water has eaten through here. There's also mold growing on the block wall in the back.
