Resolving Moisture Issues in Durand, MI

Judy was looking to sell her home in Durand, but prior to doing so, she knew the home needed some work with the waterproofing and foundation. One job that Ayers helped tackle for Judy was creating a water vapor barrier with our CleanSpace product in her basement. Placing our CleanSpace on all walls helped not only clean up the look and feel of her Michigan basement walls but will help prevent the basement from being so humid and musty smelling moving forward.
