WaterGuard
During his inspection, Bruce noticed that the home was vulnerable to water. The pump was not that strong and even if it was, the area was too large for one to manage. Bruce and his team decided to install a WaterGuard drainage system to better help with water management. WaterGuard is a system of draining channels that are connected to the home's sump pump. The channels are installed under the foundational floor and covered with poured concrete, making it invisible to the naked eye. The channels lead to an outlet pipe that takes the water far away from the home's foundation, depositing the water in a safe location.
Egress
Wating more light in her basement area was the reason why Ashley reached out to Ayers. Bruce and his team made sure the basement was able to accommodate another window. After checking for safety, Bruce and his team got to work. The new Egress Window was a much-needed improvement from what they had previously. Egress Windows are important to allow natural light into the basement and provide a much cleaner appearance in any basement. Ayers Egress windows are installed with an outdoor base that prevents it from flooding and allows light in while keeping A/C in.
TripleSafe
After his initial inspection, Bruce noticed that the home was missing a sump pump. Without a means of controlling water in the home, Bruce knew the home was in need of a new model. Bruce installed a TripleSafe pump to fix the issue. TripleSafe is a trusted sump pump at Ayers due to its three levels of security. The first level is a powerful motor that has a high water capacity. The second level of security is a reserve motor that activates if the water surpasses a certain level on the initial motor. The third level of security is a backup battery that only activates if the home losses power.
