Meet the First Winner of Ayers' Crew Review Challenge

Customer reviews are one of the most important aspects of a good company. They let us know what needs improvement and what we’re doing well. They also allow us to recognize our employees for their hard work since customers are the only people who can really provide a firsthand account of what happens in the field.

In the spirit of friendly competition and feedback collection, our production team held a March Madness Crew Review competition where each of our project managers earned points based on customer reviews. Online reviews and customer surveys both added points, while negative reviews subtracted points from the total.

After five weeks of competition, our winner was Travis Iler, who has been with Ayers since February 2014. Here’s Travis with the trophy, which is engraved with his name and final score:

Keeping with the sports theme, our production managers plan to hold the next Crew Review challenge around the time of the World Series.

While these competitions are a great way to remind everyone of the importance of customer feedback, at Ayers we strive to communicate with you all year long. The customer surveys we hand out after a job, as well as our review page and our profiles on countless third-party review sites, are all carefully read and forwarded to the right people. We try to Do the Right Thing, and we need your input to make sure that’s happening.
