This East Lansing homeowner had a cracked foundation in the basement that had water coming in through the middle of the basement slab. We installed the WaterGuard system. This system is a drain that is installed under the floor but above the foundation so that the drain wont clog. It collects the water the comes into the basement and drains it to the sump pump to keep the basement dry. 

Tom and Susan had some sunken concerte on the back porch. They wanted a fix for the uneven concrete. We installed PolyLevel foam to bring the concrete back to the original positiion.
