Edward noticed that water was coming into the basement in numerous places through the walls. Worried about water damage in his home, he called Ayers. After an inspection of the basement we determined our WaterGuard System and TripleSafe Sump Pump System would take care of the leaks. The main issue was the water puddling on the floor didn't have a place to drain to. WaterGuard is a subfloor drainage system laid on the foundation's footing and around the perimeter of the basement. The drainage piping will collect the water and send it to the sump pump. We added TripleSafe as the sump pump system to pump the water out of the basement. The system has three pumps that fit in one durable liner. The last pump is battery-operated so that it runs during power outages. Now Edward is assured his basement remains clean and dry!
