The walls of this basement in Hopkins, MI were adorned with stair-step cracks and diagonal cracking at the corners—both signs of wall failure. When one of the walls in the basement started to bow, or buckle in the middle, the homeowners knew that things were getting serious.

Our team visited the home and got to work stabilizing the walls using the Power Brace System. These steel beams are fixed to the floor joists, and can be tightened over time to help straighten the walls.
