Dennis called up Ayers for crawl space repair options as his current support beams were failing on him. We had a crew come out to the home for a free inspection so we could determine the best solutions. Our solutions being SmartJacks as well as CleanSpace. SmartJacks will address the cracking support beams since these are strong, steel columns that are placed on solid, steel bases installed in the sub-floor and are capable of helping hold the weight of the home. We added a support beam above that we attached to the columns. This support system will provide Dennis much needed strength and stability. Next we added CleanSpace to help keep his crawl space in top notch shape as this is a thick, plastic liner with a vapor barrier that protects against excess moisture buildup that leads to mold or bacteria.
