Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

When our foreman Blade inspected the sight he noticed the support was compromised to the point that the snow was heavy enough to bend the roof. Blade prescribed a series of SmartJacks to line the wall and restabilize the structure.

SmartJack piers are steel beams designed to reintroduce support to a wall. They are placed strategically along the support and anchored into the ground with poured concrete. The tops are fixed with load-bearing joints that are secured to a support beam. Each SmartJack is adjusted to constantly apply pressure to the initial structural support, this proves a permanent source of stabilization.

We installed the white CleanSpace but we also installed our drainage matting and SilverGlo insulation. All three of these make a great team to fix any wet crawl space. The drainage matting works to direct any water that comes in directly to the sump pump where it needs to be. The SilverGlo insulation is better than fiberglass insulation because it won't mold and moisture can't ruin it. The CleanSpace is bright, durable, inorganic and waterproof.
