Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Verbina called Ayers because her basement had cracks throughout all the walls, constantly letting dirt inside. The home was built in 1956 and was vacant for a few years. Our crew came out for an inspection and determined Verbena would need ShotCrete to seal off her foundation. 

Shotcrete is a sprayable concrete that stabilizes basement walls and fills any holes that let in unwanted dirt, water, or air. It’s applied though a high-pressure hose. The extra air propelling the concrete out is what makes the shotcrete able to be applied to vertical and sloping surfaces.  

Verbina was thrilled with the work completed by Ayers Basement Systems and our crews. She was so happy she doesn’t have to deal with the dirt and dust in the basement anymore and can actually use it. 

Trudi noticed water leaking into her basement from the seams between the floor and walls. She spent the last few days trying to mop up the water and eventually called Ayers to learn about our waterproofing solutions. Our team of specialists stopped by her home and recommended installing the WaterGuard drainage pipe system. Paul was worried about his basement walls as they had excess moisture dripping from them and no efficient sump pump system to deal with it, so he called Ayers. After our crew inspected his basement it was agreed that we would install our CleanSpace Wall System and SuperSump Plus to resolve these problems. First with the CleanSpace Wall System this is made of a durable, plastic liner with a vapor barrier that will prevent this moisture development on the walls. Then SuperSump Plus was added to take care of any water that does happen to drain down the wall as this is a horsepower pump capable of pumping 2200 gallons of water an hour.

Paint was flaking in Julie’s basement due to  water entering her basement through her window. We installed an EverLast basement window in order to fix her problem.
