Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

In this 1941 home, its homeowner was worried about the collecting moisture taking place within his crawl space. After calling Ayers and having one of our system design specialists pay him a visit, we knew how to exactly waterproof and clean his crawl space! Thanks to our excellent production team, we installed Cleanspace drainage matting to help reduce moisture buildup, and Mold X to help eliminate any future mold growth.

Joan called about a wet area of her basement. It was just a small area a few feet in width that was seeing water coming in. With an existing sump pump the fix was quite simple. Along the wet wall, we installed our WaterGuard drainage system. This required a small portion of the drywall, about 2 feet up from the ground, to be removed. We then removed some of the concrete floor to reveal the home's footing. The drain was set in place right on the footing and conrete was replaced over top. WaterGuard will collect moisture from the walls and from the seam where the floor and walls meet. The drain is then tied into the sump pump system to allow for that moisture to be removed from the home. The drywall was replaced and now the basement is safe from the puddles that had been plaguing it for months.
