Alan was having some water issues in one of the rooms in his basement. The room was unfinished and wanted to get the water issue fixed as quick as possible so it would not create other issues in the basement. Upon inspection we found that the water was coming in where 2 of the walls met. We had just to solution to keep his basement room dry. We first installed the WaterGuard system which is a French drain system that is under the floor. It collects water that leaks into the area and drains it to the sump pump. The system installs quickly and all concrete is restored after installation. We then installed a new sump pump for him to keep water out of his basement.
