Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Loren and Allison had some water issues in their finished basement. There was moisture, a non-working sump pump, signs of water intrusion as well as standing water which makes it impossible to use the space. We knew right away what products would help these homeowners enjoy their basement once again. First we installed the WaterGuard system which is under the floor to collect the water. The water is then sent to the sump pump. We installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System which provides three levels of protection to the basement in case of pump malfunction or a power outage. We then installed BrightWall Basement Wall Panels which are rigid plastic sheeting that's attached to your basement wall. It is waterproof and creates a vapor barrier on your basement to keep out water vapor and humidity. The wall panels ensure that your basement won't have mold growth or rot. it also directs water seepage into the perimeter drain so you won't have water in your basement.

Ron was hoping to get a permanent fix to the water leaks he was dealing with in his basement for a while so he called Ayers for solutions. After an inspection, our System Design Specialists were able to recommend our WaterGuard System, IceGuard, and our LawnScape Outlet. 

Our WaterGuard System is a sub-floor drainage system that will collect the water leaking into his basement. It is placed along the perimeter of the basement and concealed with concrete. Then we installed our IceGuard to protect against the clogging or freezing of his exterior discharge lines. Lastly we installed LawnScape Outlet which is an extension to the underground drainage lines that allows downspout water to escape.

Ron was happy to get these waterproofing systems installed so he doesn’t have to worry about water leaks ruining his stuff!

A couple from Grandville, Michigan, were looking for a solution to their annoying water leak. Puddles. The only word to describe the aftermath of a water leak in this basement. When water would enter the basement it’d collect in puddles across the floor, making it an area you’d want to avoid. At Ayers, we firmly believe that no basement should have water in it, let alone puddles. To fix this problem, our team got to work installing WaterGuard around the perimeter of this basement. This specially engineered waterproofing system is designed to collect water from the floor and walls. Since the piping sits on top of the footing, it won’t get clogged with mud. The installation of WaterGuard in this basement ensures that puddles are a thing of the past, keeping these floors nice and dry.
