Our crew headed to a homeowner in Sumner, Michigan, to install a waterproofing system. Larry's basement had a problem corner where water would creep in. We agreed to install our WaterGuard solution. This interior drainage system is placed along the basement's perimeter to collect water leaks. The drain is concealed with concrete to ensure it blends with the rest of the floor. Any leaks will then get redirected to the sump pump. Larry is glad his worries about water damage are gone!

This customer in Grand Rapids, MI had us install the SuperSump and now can enjoy all of the benefits that come along with it.
Ian has gotten work done by us before and was very impressed so when he started to have water intrusion in a corner of his basement he knew who to call. We installed the WaterGuard system for him to keep the water out of the house. The WaterGuard is a French drain system that collects water that enters the home and sends it to the sump pump. The drain is installed under the floor but above the foundation as to not clog so the water can continue to flow to the sump pump and be discharged outside the home.
Scott had cracks appearing in the middle and corners of his drywall. He called our team and we installed the GeoLock Anchor System. This system permanently stabilized Scott's wall. In most cases it can eventually straighten the wall back to its original position. It is done by putting heavy anchors in stable soil away from your foundation wall. This system is ideal because it involves minimal disturbance to Scott's lawn and home. For Scott, we also installed the wall plate part of the GeoLock system. These plates can easily be covered to allow your basement to have a finished look.
Our system design specialist came up with a unique use of one of our products to help out this Grand Rapids, MI customer. The home had a long driveway that was mostly asphalt but turned to concrete just in front of the garage. A slope in the ground where the concrete and asphalt connected would regularly fill with rain after storms and the resulting standing water was starting to erode both pavements. Our TrenchDrain grated pipe system is usually used outside of doorways and entrances to catch water before it flows into the home, but to keep this driveway serviceable, our system design specialist drew up a plan for a TrenchDrain to be placed in the dip of the asphalt. As you can see in the after photo, the drain spans the length of the driveway and will capture water any water that builds up in the trench. Not pictured is the discharge line that was also installed and will lead the rain water to a distantly placed lawn outlet. Water build up won’t be a problem for this driveway again.
