Larry's daughter and granddaughter were moving in with him. He wanted to make sure they had a safe place to stay and decided to finished his basement. As a result, he wanted an Egress window installed. The basement bedroom codes require that there are two exits out of the basement, being the door and the window, and unfortunately people can't fit through those small submarine windows. Egress windows are energy efficient and mildew-resistant.

The homeowners in Wyoming, MI had water flooding into their basement. Their basement was finished and the water was damaging everything it touched.
Our team decided to install the WaterGuard long lasting interior perimeter drainage system to combat this flooding water. The system sits on the top of the footing in the basement in order to prevent clogging from mud or other debris. The system works by capturing floor and wall seepage before it has time to damage the basement. Once the water is trapped in the drain it is immediately taken to the sump pump. Once it gets to the sump pump the water will be removed from the home ensuring that you have a dry basement!

Mike has a partially finished basement that has water leaking where the floor and wall meet. He is looking to put the home up for sale so he needed the water issue fixed. We installed the WaterGuard French drain system to keep the water out of the home. The drain is under the floor but out of the "mud zone" where it could get clogged and collects the water that seeps into the area. The water that gets collected goes to the sump pump to be expelled outside of the home.
Pam was in need of a replacement for her old sump system in her basement that couldn't keep up with the heavy rains so she called Ayers. We had a crew check out her current system and from there our System Design Specialists decided TripleSafe Sump Pump System would work great. TripleSafe utilizes three pumps that fit in one sturdy liner. The second and third pumps are meant for emergency situations when backup is needed. The last pump being battery-operated for power failures. This trustworthy sump pump will ensure her basement remains dry during those heavy rains that would wreak havoc on her home before!
