As a result, he wanted an Egress window installed. The basement bedroom codes require that there are two exits out of the basement, being the door and the window, and unfortunately people can't fit through those small submarine windows. Egress windows are energy efficient and mildew-resistant.

We installed Helical Piers to support the cracking foundation. Helical Piers are great becuase they stabilize the foundation but can also lift settled foundations back up to the original position. 

Brian called us becuase he had a cracked and sinking driveway as well as a cracked walkway. He wanted it fixed so that the concrete slabs wouldn't get worse and the tripping hazards would be gone. We leveled all of the concrete slabs with PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a foam injectable that is lightweight but strong enough to hold up the full load of cars. This foam is waterproof and stable so it won't wash away in the rain or react with the soil. Downtime is also minimalized due to the curing time of only 15 minutes.
