Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

With the weather being so cold recently, everyone needs their basements and crawlspaces insulated to keep their homes warm and dry from all the snow. This crawlspace needed insulation and a good makeover. The homeowner decided to go with our CleanSpace system and SilverGlo insulation. 

Block walls are one of the most common ways to build a basement or crawlspace but they are also the least resistant to water and air which means...cold and wet. Our CleanSpace system encapsulates the crawlspace so no outside elements can get in. Our SilverGlo insulation makes sure to help with energy savings, so the heat in your house stays in this winter. 

Will's driveway was sinking and during the rain, water would pool in the middle. We used PolyLevel for their solution. PolyLevel is an injectable foam what lifts concrete and is waterproof so the rain won't wash it away. The foam cures in only 15 minutes so that the driveway can be full load bearing in just a short time!

Evan has a wall in his basement that had a horizontal crack that is 3-4 feet long causing the wall to bow. We used the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System to stabilize the basement wall. The System is made of flexible carbon fiber straps that are stronger in tension than steel. The straps are bonded to the interior face of the wall using a high strength resin. The CarbonArmor does not require exterior excavation, it installs quickly, and they won't impact future basement finishing.

Kari noticed some water issues in her basement and moisture in the wall that was causing the paint to peel. She was not sure where the water was coming from but wanted it fixed as soon as possible. First, we installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump to provide three levels of protection in case of a pump malfunction or a power outage. Next we installed the WaterGuard system which is a French drain that collects water the seeps into the basement. The drain in installed under the floor but above the foundation so that it does not clog. The water collected is sent to the sump pump to be discharged outside the home. Lastly, we installed the Basement to Beautiful Insulated Wall Panels. The panels are made of SilverGlo insulation which is a closed-cell, graphite-infused insulation that's designed to be 24% more energy efficient than competing foam paneling.
