Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Paul and Annie were looking to encapsulate their crawl space, thus, contacting Ayers to explore their options. The team at Ayers concluded from the review that CleanSpace would work perfectly for the space. CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner that creates a moisture barrier keeping water out! Additionally, the CleanSpace liner will stop cold air from leaking into the space, preventing cold air from drafting into the home! Paul and Annie were thrilled with how their crawl space turned out!

Paul retired and found the perfect home in 2021 that the whole family can enjoy. It was time to make sure the home was safe and dry from his family. Paul called Ayers and after our initial inspection, we determined that the CleanSpace Wall System and the TripleSafe Sump Pump would be his best options. CleanSpace Wall System is a moisture barrier that uses a thick plastic liner along crawlspace walls to keep them dry and last decades longer. It also has antibacterial properties that prevent mold and bacteria growth. Damp air takes more energy to heat and cool. Cutting down on the moisture in the crawl space, in turn, will cut down on how much it costs to heat and cool his home. The TripleSafe Sump Pump utilizes three pumps in order to remove excess water from the basement or crawlspace. the second and third pumps are in case of emergencies so the basement can remain dry, even when the power goes out. Paul was ecstatic that his home will forever be safe and dry for his whole family.

Nicole's block basement walls showed clear signs of bowing. This concerned the family because they were looking to stay in this 1970s home and make it their retirement home after their adult children had all left. Although there were no signs of water intrusion through the cracks in the bowed walls, the gaps in the blocks were visible which could mean that the foundation settlement had been ongoing for some time.
