Mary and Rodger had several cracks in the sidewalks in the front and back of their home and it had become very uneven. It was a safety hazard, so they called Ayers to see what could be done. Our crew determined that PolyLevel would be the perfect solution for the job. PolyLevel is a system we use to repair sinking or cracked concrete. We drill minuscule holes into the concrete slab and fill them with foam. The foam raises the slab and fortifies it to make it last even longer. Mary and Rodger no longer have to worry about someone falling just walking into the house.  

A customer was struggling with foundational issues in his home. His caulk was cracking, his doors and windows were sticking and his bathub was uneven. So our team installed SmartJack, a system produced to halt your settlement issues. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space. The SmartJack system is a permanent fix to these issues. It uses steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your home. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.

Thomas had done previous work with us but this time called us to encapsulate his crawl space. During the winter he was getting cats in there and the whole area was starting to stink. We installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to keep water vapor and humidity from entering the space. By doing this, it also closed off the crawl space from the outside making sure no more animals or insects could get in. We also installed the SaniDry Sedona which has a powerful motor to keep dry air circulating throughout the crawl space to dry it out. By keeping pests and water out of the area, the smells, mold, and rot are also kept out!

Thomas’ home was struggling to keep up with humidity. The Humidity was contributing greatly to allergens and mold growth in his home, something that isn’t good for the health of people in the home. To clean up the air and get the moisture under control, our team came out and installed CleanSpace and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. It will control the humidity and make sure to stop mold growth, kill dust mites, and make your whole house healthier. CleanSpace is an uninterrupted vapor barrier designed to keep out any unwanted pests, moisture, and mold. This barrier restricts airflow and therefore makes controlling the temperature of the home much easier. CleanSpace is applied to the floors and walls and wrapped around pillars and piers carefully to ensure that the space looks clean and refreshed. Now Thomas can be sure he’s breathing in healthy and there is no moisture contributing to the deterioration of his home. 

Valentina set her water bottle on the floor, only to watch it roll to the corner of her living room. It was obvious her floor was slanted, so she called Ayers for help. We sent our team to her house to evaluate the situation and they recommended installing SmartJacks, a supplemental support system of floor jacks. SmartJacks are zinc-plated, hot dipped in galvanized steel and secured two feet in the ground to reduce load-bearing stress. Valentina feels much more balanced!
