Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Randy noticed water moisture and mold growing in his crawl space and didn't want it to cause more damage. He wasn't sure how to fix it, so he researched his options and called Ayers to learn about our waterproofing solutions. We sent a team of professionals to his house to evaluate the situation, who suggested the installation of the CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is constructed of antimicrobial-lined material to deter mold growth and moisture entry, while also withstanding wear and tear. Randy loves the look of his crawl space!

Helen recently noticed the floor in her dining room was slanted and wasn't sure how to fix it. After researching her options online, she called Ayers to learn about our foundation solutions. Our team of experts visited her home to assess the situation and provide a solution. They suggested installing SmartJacks, a system of floor jacks built to last alongside the house. Each SmartJack is hot-dipped in galvanized steel, zinc plated, and has a two-foot-deep base to reduce load-bearing stress. Helen's floor is supported now!

Richard realized the water from outside was leaking into his crawl space and causing a nasty smell upstairs. He knew his old sump pump must have failed, so he called Ayers for help. Our team stopped by his house and suggested the SmartSump pump. This system is designed specifically for small spaces and includes WaterWatch, the alarm system intended to alert the homeowner when water leaks past the sensor. Many of the concrete slabs in Mike's front walkway were settling and he called our team. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting. 

Robert called Ayers for crawl space help because he noticed water accumulating in this area. We had a crew inspect his crawl space and it was decided he needed our Drainage Matting and our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The Drainage Matting is a dimpled mat placed on the crawl space floor and will create a path for water to flow and drain to the drainage system. Then we added our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier which will clean and filter the air preventing the excess moisture from turning into nasty mold. We also left Robert's crawl space looking much cleaner!
