There was water in Dennis’s crawl space so he called our team for help. We installed CleanSpace as an uninterrupted vapor barrier made from a plastic sheet material. It restricts all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. Not only does this system create an energy-efficient crawl space, but it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.

Bill needed help leveling one of his concrete slabs in his driveway. So he called our team for help and we installed PolyLevel, a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.

Concrete around Larry’s pool has started to sink and needs attention, so our team installed PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a system created to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. There were foundational issues in Stacey and Thomas’s basement so our team installed SmartJack. SmartJack is a system produced to halt your sagging floors. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space. The SmartJack system uses steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to permanently address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.

Diana knew it was time to call up professionals when she noticed water leaks in her basement were making her carpets wet. After she called Ayers we sent out a crew for inspection and it was determined she could use our WaterGuard System as well as our TripleSafe Sump Pump System.

WaterGuard is a below-floor drainage system that rests on the drainage stone on top of the foundation footing. This system will catch water leaking through your walls and as it makes its way to the floor, WaterGuard will collect it and reroute it to your sump system. Concrete is poured over this to conceal the drainage system. The TripleSafe is a three pump system that fits in one sturdy liner. These pumps collect water and are covered with an airtight lid that prevents water from evaporating into the basement. The last pump is even battery-operated so it will turn on if your power goes out.
