Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Several cracks in a homeowner’s walls were letting water into the basement. Our team installed the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System to prevent any more water intrusion. Using a poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls this system acts as a vapor and moisture barrier. The material is waterproof, stain resistant and can be applied over many different types of surfaces. This system was perfect for this homeowner and put a stop to all water intrusion into his basement immediately.

Dennis has grandkids who love to play in the pool at his home. The problem he had though was his concrete pool deck was cracked and unleveled. He was very worried about one of the kids getting hurt and needed a fix before they came over to swim. We used PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete slabs. PolyLevel is a lightweight and waterproof foam that cures in about 15 minutes. We then used NexusPro Crack Repair to seal the cracks and keep out water or debris from degrading the concrete from below. Both solutions can be installed in one day and the overall process does not take long at all so the pool can be used in no time! 

This Niles homeowner wants to encapsulate her crawl space so that bugs, the soft wet floor, and the moisture are kept out. She also wanted her floor to be stabilized. We then installed Drainage Matting to direct the flow of water that enters the crawl space towards the sump pump. With an Egress Window Herman will have a safe exit in his basement in the event an emergency takes place and it is even waterproof so he won't have to worry about water seeping in. They are much larger than the typical small windows in most basements which allows for more natural light and fresh air to fill the room.
