Jeff had noticed his front porch concrete slab was settling due to the poor compacted soil. We used PolyLevel to lift the concrete back to a level position. This light weight foam is waterproof and stable so it won't get washed away or react with the soil underneath. It only takes about 15 minutes to cure so it won't be an inconvenience for the homeowners. 

A homeowner was looking for an Egress Window and Well. So she contacted our team and we installed both. Most windows offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home due to poor insulation around the window. Egress windows will help ventilate your indoor areas and prevent unwanted allergens from entering your house. Also, Egress Windows provide a safe exit in case of emergency so they are required in finished basement living areas. In addition to having a safe exit in your basement, these windows provide lots of natural light.

Our team installed PowerBrace in a customer's home because his basement walls were bowed. Knowing this would continue to affect the foundation of his home he called our team. PowerBrace is a foundation repair system that secures basement walls in place. Often outside pressures can cause your basement walls to crack or tilt, this foundation repair system counteracts these pressures by keeping your basement walls in place. Over time, the system can be tightened to not only secure the walls in place, but to also straighten them. 

We installed CleanSpace Wall System in the crawl space of Helen's lakefront home a few years ago, and it has worked wonders. SmartJacks are steel supports that balance the foundation of the crawl space, lifting it to its original position. They can be adjusted so the home will never shift out of place. We anchor them into the ground with poured concrete, and regular flooring can be placed on top.

Ayers installed SmartJacks with a supplemental beam to reinforce the floorboards from below. We excavated the soil and backfilled with engineered fill to create a solid foundation for the SmartJacks. Now, with the floors stable and even, the homeowner can finally enjoy their living space without worrying about shifting supports.
