 We were called to this Muskegon home due to the home sinking. The homeowner wanted a fix because the windows were sticking, there were cracks on the outside of the home, and the floor was sloping towards the sinking side of the house. We knew just the product to help secure their home and keep it from moving. We installed Helical Piers which transfer the weight of the foundation/structure to the pier that is rooted into hard stable soil. A home in Muskegon was having issues with its foundation walls in the basement. We drove to the home and gave a free inspection of the home.  After inspection, we decided to install our advanced Wall Anchor system. We install these by digging a tiny hole in that are a few feet away from the home. Then we drill a steel rod through a 1 inch hole in the basement wall. After that, the rod connects to an anchor that is placed in the hole of the soil. Once we place the plates on afterwards, we have permanently stabilized the basement. So now the homeowner doesn't have to worry about an unsafe basement ever again.
