This solution will effectively support sagging beams and floor joists or provide supplemental column support where an existing column and pier foundation has settled. This solution utilizes a strong, steel foundation base installed in the subfloor for the home to sit on. The steel columns are attached to this base and can be extended in the future. We installed a steel supplemental support beam above the columns for additional help. Tomas was happy with the new support system that keeps his home stable and safe!
