Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This Union Pier homeowner had a musty smell in the crawl space that they wanted fixed. We started by installing Drainage Matting which directs any water that gets in towards the outside of the home. On top of that, we installed the CleanSpace liner which seals off the crawl space. Lastly, we installed the SaniDry Sedona which is a small dehumidifier that can fit into most crawl spaces.

Around rim joists small cracks and seams can exist, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now airflow is restricted keeping outside air out and inside air in. They will no longer have to worry about their home being cold during the long winter months in Michigan.
