Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Dan W's crawl space had water seepage during heavy rains. Water entered the space through the walls, floor and foundation causing ongoing issues for the family. Customer is looking to sell home and wanted to have the crawl space encapsulated correctly for new owners. We installed CleanSpace crawl space waterproof liner complete with the a perimeter drainage system that captures the water from the walls and floor and funnels it to the newly installed SuperSump pump.

Vickie has lived in her Mason, MI home for over 5o years and she is thinking about passing it down to her granddaughter. The fieldstone foundation of the home had water and dirt were flowing in, and the old sump pump was not doing its job properly. Vickie called Ayers for an inspection and our crew determined that she would need a new TripleSafe sump pump. 

The TripleSafe sump pump system utilizes three pumps in order to remove excess water from the basement. The second and third pumps are in case of emergencies so the basement can remain dry, even when the power goes out. 

Vickie was glad she no longer has to work to get rid of the puddling water in her basement and was more than satisfied with the work Ayers did. 

Sheri found water leaking into her basement and was worried it would reach her belongings and cause damage. She wasn't sure how to fix the problem, so she researched her options and called Ayers for help. Our crew of specialists visited her home to evaluate the space and recommend a solution. They realized Sheri's drainage pipe had clogged and suggested WaterGuard, a system designed to sit on top of the footing rather than alongside it, to prevent clogs from rocks and soil. Sheri feels comfortable keeping her items in the basement again!

Michelle worried about the safety of her home due to not having basement windows. She wanted a safe situation for her family, so she called Ayers. We sent a team of experts to her house to evaluate the space and recommend a solution. They decided to install an egress window, which is durable against heavy soil and water and includes a polycarbonate safety cover to prevent surface accidents. Michelle finally has peace of mind and access to her basement!

Brendan was hoping to get an Egress Window installed in his basement to replace his current small window he had. He called Ayers and our customer care team set up an appointment time that worked for him! With this new Egress Window, its larger size will open up the space more making it more inviting since more natural light will shine through.
