Water was flooding a homeowner's basement so our team installed TripleSafe. TripleSafe is a sump pump system that’s main goal is to keep your basement dry. So our team installed a new egress window and well to replace his old one. Egress Windows are required because they are big enough to provide a safe exit in case of emergency. Lastly, most windows offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home due to poor insulation around the window. Customer had a moisture barrier in the crawl space installed by another company that had failed to keep water out. The homeowner complained of several leaks in the space. We installed a perimeter drainage system to capture moisture from the walls and floor and transport it to the newly installed sump pump. We also installed SilverGlo panels on the walls to provide extra insulation once the owner decided to finish the basement with a waterproof wall covering. These foam wall panels are made of small graphite particles that reflect heat. They also serve as a radiant barrier to reflect heat back into your crawl space.
