The homeowner called us when he noticed that the support beams in his crawl space looked old and rotted. He wanted a solution before the problem got worse. We installed the SmartJack Crawl Space Support System to provide a permanent solution to the problem. The system is made of up steel beams that are attached to the floor joists and a sturdy base on the ground. This will stabilize the floor and take the pressure off the old support beams.
Pipes were freezing in Bill’s crawl space due to poor insulation. So he called our team asking for insulation options for his crawl space. We installed CleanSpace, a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. CleanSpace creates an energy-efficient crawl space and is a great insulation option. It will keep the outside air out and the inside air in so Bill will no longer need to worry about his pipes freezing.
Due to the heavy rains in South Haven, MI homeowner Ruth R. had water coming into her basement up through the floors. The water was so bad that it had to be moped and dumped out of the basement everyday. That is too much to deal with when there is a perfect solution to the problem!
Our professional team installed the TripleSafe sump pump to stop this unwanted water from coming in. The TripleSafe is three sump pumps in one giving you triple protection! The first sump pump removes water effectively and efficiently from your home. The second pump is more powerful and has a separate discharge line. The second pump is there for you in the rare occasions that you need it. The third pump is equipped with batteries so it is there for you if the power goes out. The TripleSafe adjusts automatically so you do not have to worry about a thing!
The before picture shows the water on the basement floor and the after picture shows our TripleSafe sump pump.
A cusotmer had water leaking into his crawl space causing mold growth, so our team insulated his rim joists. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now flow is restricted keeping moisture and unwanted allergens out.
When we got a call from Randy in South Haven, MI that the concrete around his swimming pool is starting to become unlevel, we knew exactly what we had to do: PolyLevel Injections. The "Before" photo that you see on the left shows a zoomed in photo of one slab of concrete, however there were multiple slabs that were in need of PolyLevel injections. One of the many advantages of our PolyLevel injections is that it is waterproof. Once cured, PolyLevel will not wash away. This is especially important being right beside a pool. Another advantage of our PolyLevel is that it cures extremely fast. Within 15-30 minutes after being raised, it will have already reached at least 90% of its strength, therefore it can be used as it normally would very shortly after the job has been completed.
