David gets water into a corner of his partially finished basement every time it rains. To fix his problem, we installed the WaterGuard drain system. This system collects water that seeps into the area and drains it to the sump pump. We also installed a new sump pump, the TripleSafe Sump Pump. This sump pump provides the home with three levels of protection in case of pump malfunction or a power outage and gives the homeowner peace of mind that their home is safe.
Jamie and Brian want to finish their basement so that their son can move in. This is their forever home so they want everything to be done right, which means they need to install an Egress Window. The egress and window well allows for a safe exit in case of an emergency and is required if you have a room in the basement. We also installed the WaterGuard drain system and Basement to Beautiful Insulated Wall Panels to prep the basement for finishing. The drain system collects water that leaks into the space and sends it to the sump pump. The wall panels insulate the area and separate the finishing panels from the foundation walls to avoid cold spots!
Ronald was worried about the support system under his home in his crawl space. He had a bowing wood support beam in his crawl space that he feared would jeopardize the safety of his home. He called Ayers looking for a solution. We sent a crew out for an inspection and determined he would need CleanSpace and SmartJacks.
First we installed CleanSpace which has a vapor barrier quality that will protect his crawl space against excess water and moisture development. This solution is made of a thick, durable plastic liner and is placed along the walls and crawl space floor. Regular tarps you can buy from the store won't do the trick since they fail to prevent mold or bacteria growth and aren't waterproof. Then we had SmartJacks installed which are steel, supplemental support systems for crawl spaces. This system effectively supports sagging beams and floor joists.
Ronald was happy to get his support issues in his crawl space resolved with a long-lasting solution!
Amanda started to get concerned when she noted water seeping into her basement so she decided to make the call to Ayers. We had our professionals head over to her home for a free inspection to make some recommendations. From there our System Design Specialists were able to determine she would need our WaterGuard System and TripleSafe System.
Now with WaterGuard installed this sub-floor drainage system will collect any dirt or water seeping in through wall cracks. This is placed along the perimeter of the basement and concrete is then poured over it. The final product we installed was TripleSafe which consists of a three pump system that fits in one sturdy liner. The first pump will keep most of the water out of her basement, the second pump is there for any assistance the first pump may need, and the last pump will turn on if the power fails.
Amanda was thrilled to have our professionals tackle this stressful issue for her!
Ruth wanted to get her crawl encapsulated to assure its protection so she gave Ayers a call. After we had our crew conduct a free inspection we were able to recommend CleanSpace and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. First CleanSpace will provide a heavy-duty liner that utilizes a vapor barrier property, keeping the crawl space free from excess moisture. This excessive moisture can lead to the growth of nasty bacteria or mold which will only cause more havoc in the future. For more protection we added our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to clean and filter the air to ensure the space stays dry for Ruth!
