Wall anchors work well to fix almost any type of bowing wall. They are also installed independently of the floor system so there's no additional stress on floor joists. It works to straighten your wall over time because it can be tightened. The only time this system isn't possible is if there isn't ample room on the outside of your home to install the system.

Mark had a bowing wall that he wanted fixed so he called our team. We installed PowerBrace, a foundation repair system created to secure basement walls in place. Outside pressures can cause your basement walls to crack or tilt, but this foundation repair system counteracts these pressures by keeping your basement walls in place. Over time, the system can be tightened to not only secure the walls in place, but to also straighten them.

A company in St Joseph wanted our help to level out their pool deck, so we came to their business to install our PolyLevel technology. PolyLevel is an advanced polymer injection foam that we blast into the concrete through tiny holes to raise it up level and  make it stronger than ever before. PolyLevel worked to raise and level out the concrete slabs while dealing with the weak soils below that were no longer able to hold the weight of the home above. We drilled multiple small holes into the concrete slabs in order to inject them with a polymer material that expanded to lift and level out the concrete. Once injected, the system only needed about 15 minutes to fully cure and the slabs were then stabilized and lifted to their proper level, and stronger than ever before. Now, this business will not have to worry about this ever again.

Water was flooding a homeowner's basement so our team installed TripleSafe. TripleSafe is a sump pump system that’s main goal is to keep your basement dry. We came to the home and were able to fix the issue before it became it major problem (the homeowners made a very smart decision calling us). We were able to then install Wall Anchors. We install these by digging a tiny hole in that are a few feet away from the home. Then we drill a steel rod through a 1 inch hole in the basement wall. After that, the rod connects to an anchor that is placed in the hole of the soil. Once we place the plates on afterwards, we have permanently stabilized the basement. So now the homeowner doesn't have to worry about an unsafe basement ever again.
