Ted called our team because he needed new basement windows and so we installed Egress Windows. Due to poor insulation around the window, most windows offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home. Ted had a few issues with cracks and unevenness in the concrete around his home. So he called our team to discuss possible solutions and we installed PolyLevel. It is a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a polyurethane foam to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The polyurethane foam expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is long-lasting and waterproof. 

The homeowners in Saint Joseph, MI were starting to notice water seeping into their basement.  They had no sump pump so the water that was seeping in could not be removed out of the home.

The homeowners had a vertical stairstep crack going down one of their walls in the basement. Our professional team knew that installing wall anchors were the best option for this wall. The wall anchors are installed by digging a small hole in the soil a few feet away from your foundation. A steel rod is drilled through a hole in your basement wall and is connected to the earth anchor that is seated deep in the hole. A low-profile wall plate, placed on the interior of your basement wall, is secured to the rod. The hole is then filled back up and sod is replaced. Once all the components of the wall anchor system are connected and tightened, your basement wall is permanently stabilized. The wall anchor system is a great product for fixing bowing and cracked walls because it allows for improvement and straightening of your wall over time! 

The homeowner's wall is now well on its way to full repair!  

Wanting her entire crawl space encapsulated, a customer called us. In addition to installing other systems, our team insulated her rim joists. Insulating rim joists seals off all cracks that exist around them. Now air and water vapor can no longer seep through those cracks.
