David and Julie had been worried about potential flooding problems in their basement for years. The anxiety had become too much when they decided to call Ayers. We determined that our WaterGuard waterproofing system as well as the TripleSafe sump pump would be perfect for David and Julie's home. WaterGuard is a sub-flooring waterproofing system that keeps water way from your foundation and mud away from your drains. The TripleSafe sump pump system utilizes three pumps in order to remove excess water from your basement. The second and third pumps are in case of emergencies so your basement can remain dry, even when the power goes out. David and Julie were beyond grateful that they no longer have to worry about waking up to a flooded basement and can remain safe in their home for years to come. 

Brian's basement and crawlspace were in dire need of waterproofing and presented many of the issues crawl spaces in Michigan have; it was moist, leaking, and filled with critters. Before installing the bright white CleanSpace liner, we laid out drainage matting to provide a waterproof barrier between the exposed soil floor and Brain's basement. The liner is engineered with an inorganic material that prevents mold and bacteria growth, protecting Brian and his family from illnesses like asthma or allergies.

Donna realized that water had pooled on her basement floor after the last heavy rainfall. After researching her waterproofing options, she called Ayers for help.
