Joe and Brittany had an unfinished basement that they wanted to finish. Upstairs was getting crowded so they needed to add some rooms downstairs but to do that, they knew they would need an Egress window. Egress windows allow for a safe exit in case of emergencies. The large windows also allow for more fresh air and natural light to enter the space making it seem larger!

This Schoolcraft home had cracked and bowed walls in the basement. The owner wanted a solution that would stop the wall from moving and keep the home standing. We used CarbonArmor to stabilize the basement walls which installs quickly and will not take up any usable space or impact future basement finishings.

Our trained professionals visited his home and installed the PowerBrace repair system to stabilize the wall and prevent caving. The PowerBrace system connects steel beams to joists above the wall with steel brackets. Afterwards, everything is tightened into place and the wall is secure once again. Paul loves how fast the project was completed!
