Ayers Basement Systems Before & After Photos

These homeowners had a crack in their basement wall that was allowing water to seep in. The basement was partially finished and the house was the market, so the homeowners wanted to make sure the problem was taken care of properly. 

To fix this problem, we installed the FlexiSpan sealant that repairs water leaks due to a cracked wall. We started this installation by excavating a section of the concrete floor in the basement at the base of the crack. We then placed a drainage grate in the hole that will collect and drain water coming into the home. Because basement walls tend to move, the sealant material is flexible and moves with the wall to ensure the crack is effectively sealed and does not crack again in the future if the wall shifts. 

These homeowners has some cracks in their basment wall and the wall was starting to bow. They wanted a solution to make sure their home was safe and to keep it from getting worse. We installed the GeoLock Wall Anchors to stabilize the basement wall. This system works by extending from your wall to the stable, hard soil beyond your home. They anchor into these stronger soils to brace the foundation wall. These anchors are installed with minimal disruption to your lawn, and they won't damage the interior of your basement or take up usable space.

Carol wanted to sell her home but there was settling in the walkway to to front door. She wanted to fix the trip hazards before she put the house on the market. We used PolyLevel to lift the concrete slabs. PolyLevel is a light but strong foam injection that raises concrete back to the original position. It is stabke and waterproof so it won't wash away or react with soils. It aslo has a very quick curing time of 15 minutes so that you are not inconvenienced.

The homeowners were experiencing water coming into the basement because their old system was not doing the job that needed to be done. Water was getting back up in the old sump pump and damaging the basement floor.

Our professional team knew that something needed to be done. A TripleSafe sump pump was installed to replace the old broken sump pump. The TripSafe pump is three sump pumps in one and is the best option because it adjusts automatically when needed and keeps your basement dry with triple protection. The first pump will remove water from your basement effectively. The second pump is more powerful and has a separate drainage system that is there for you in the rare cases that the first pump fails. The third pump is equipped with batteries so it is there for you if the power goes out!

The homeowners were noticing water pooling in corners of there basement.  They had a sump pump, but it was not removing water from the home effectively.

Our professional team installed WaterGuard to combat the problem. WaterGuard is a long lasting interior perimeter basement waterproofing system. The product sits on the top of the footing to drain the water. The reason the system sits on top of the footing is so it's not sitting in mud preventing it from getting clogged and so it does not cause structural damage to the foundation. WaterGuard has a small opening where the product and the wall meet in order to catch the water that drains down from the wall and to collect floor seepage. The water then moves from WaterGuard to the sump pump where it is effectively removed from the home! 

The home is now waterproofed and the homeowners are now worried free!
