Marc was hoping to get an Egress Window installed in his finished basement for the finishing touch and to make it a legal bedroom. He saw that Ayers sells Egress Windows and decided to set up an appointment with us.

We responded to an inquiry from Guy, a homeowner looking for better foundation support. He realized the floors were sagging and the wooden support structures were failing. They rest on a sturdy base in the subfloor. Once the support columns were installed, the crew adjusted them to raise the floors to a level position. THe moisture in the space took a toll on the insulation causing it to hang in many areas. Encapsulating the space with CleanSpace was the best option to not only eliminate moisture, but brighten up the space.

CleanSpace is a durable liner made of cord reinforced polyester, also manufactured with an antimicrobial additive.
