Lawrence and Susan were feeling as if their home was being split in half because both ends of the home were sinking. Evan and his team deconstructed the patio and installed helical piers to level the home. Helical piers are long, screw-shaped, metal drives that are driven under the home at an angle. The tops are capped with concrete blocks that the home rests upon. The weight is distributed onto the blocks and reintroduces support to the home's foundation.
