CleanSpace made of thick plastic that has anti-microbial components blended into it, preventing mold growth.  The owners of this home had placed a plastic liner over the floor of their crawl space in hopes of keeping moisture out. They thought this was working until they kept noticing a “musty crawl space” smell. The liner they installed was simply covering the wet ground with nowhere for it to go, so it’s likely that mold started to grow. Thankfully, they contacted Ayers and upgraded to CleanSpace.
