Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Our customer called with a neverending cycle of flooding. Their sump pump removed water to the nearby lake, which then...flooded back into the crawl space. And so on and so forth.

After installing new drainage tile to help the sump pump more effectively drain the standing water, we used CleanSpace to encapsulate the crawl space and protect it - and the house above - from that pesky lake.

The homeowners noticed that lake water was getting into their crawl space at their cottage. Excess moisture in your crawl space supports the growth of mold, dust mites, insects and other unwanted pests. It may also cause structural damage to the frame of your home and degrade some forms of insulation.

It’s left out in this picture to show the drainage matting that was also installed. The matting will prevent water from puddling in any one place and will direct water and the moisture issues of the past out of Mike’s crawl space.
