The customer called because there were multiple points from her driveway to the porch (including a porch step) that had sinking concrete slabs. She wanted her walkway to be safe.
Luckily, PolyLEVEL is a quick process, so it only took an afternoon for us to go out and raise the problem spots with the PolyLEVEL system.
We recently received a call from Jim in Newaygo asking if we could help him with some sinking concrete in his home. Fortunately for Jim, one of our specialties is lifting concrete back to a level and safe position.
Here at Ayers, we use PolyLevel injections to lift slabs of concrete to a level position with far less weight and disruption that other processes like mud jacking. If you look at the “After” photo, you’ll see three white spots that are surrounding little holes; this is what our injections look like. One of the major advantages of our PolyLevel is that is it waterproof. This is especially important in a situation like Jim’s because as you can see, this job is in a bathroom, where there is bound to water getting on the floor. As soon as the PolyLevel finishes curing, you’re free to get it as wet as possible without having to worry about it washing away. Speaking of curing, our PolyLevel has an exceptionally quick curing time. The concrete is typically ready for full usage just 15 minutes after the injections.
Whether you are need of a slab lifted in your home, driveway, sidewalk, etc., our PolyLevel is a system that is sure to get the job done right.
Part of John's sidewalk was sinking so our team installed PolyLevel to raise it back to its original level. PolyLevel uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
A customer has had some concrete slabs sink over the past year that he has lived in his home. So our team installed PolyLevel, a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.
This Muskegon home had some cracks on the front porch as well a portion that was uneven. The part that was uneven was creating a trip hazard and the homeowner wanted it fixed. We used PolyLevel to raise the concrete and NexusPro to repair the cracks. PolyLevel is a foam that is injected under the concrete slabs to raise it up. The foam is waterproof so it can not be washed away and it is stable so it won't leak chemicals into the soil. The best part about the PolyLevel is that it cures in about 15 minutes so it won't interfere with anyone’s day. NexusPro repairs the joints and cracks to prevent water and debris from degrading the slab from below. It is a silicone-based filler and designed to withstand harsh weather, UV resistant and won’t crack, bubble, or dry out. Like PolyLevel it dries in a quick amount of time, an hour, to not disrupt the homeowner.
