This company had some water issues in the basement where water was coming up from cracks in the floor as well as some areas where the wall and floor meet. There was enough water to create a river flowing across the floor to the drain. The owner bought the property about a year ago so they were unsure how long there had been a water issue and they wanted it fixed while they were renovating. We installed the WaterGuard French Drain system to collect the water and send it to the sump pump to be expelled outside. We then installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump, which provides the business with three levels of protection in case of a pump malfunction or a power outage.
Our customer called with water in the basement that was wrecking the floors and the walls. They wanted to take care of the water problem, of course, but at the end of the day they also wanted the basement not to be an eyesore.
After installing WaterGuard, a new TripleSafe Sump Pump, WellDuct window well drainage, and LawnScape outlets with IceGuard, we went on to install our Basement to Beautiful panels, which provided a finished look without needing to complete a full basement remodel.
In April, Shirley and her husband noticed a wet carpet smell in their finished basement and just recently discovered that there is water intrusions where the floor and wall met. They have some family coming into town and want them to stay at their home but that is not likely with the water issues. We used the WaterGuard drain system to collect water and send it to the sump pump. It gets installed under the floor but all concrete is restored afterwards. We also installed the DoubleSafe sump pump to pump the water outside of the home. Last thing we used to keep the space dry and clean was the SaniDry XP. This upright dehumidifier has a powerful motor to blow dry air through the space and dry it out. It also filters air for dust, mold, and other particles.
Anne and her husband had some water issues in their basement. The water was coming in all around the edges of the basement and they did not have a sump pump to keep the water out so it would collect on the floor. Since they travel a decent amount, they want to have peace of mind that the home will be protected and safe from flooding. We installed the WaterGuard drain to collect the water that seeps into the basement and send it to the sump pump to be discharged outside. To make sure the home was safe we installed 2 sump pumps on either side of the space. The SuperSump Plus is designed to keep the basement dry for extended periods of time and has a back up battery to make sure that the home is dry even if the home loses power.
This home has used our team of experts in the past for a flooding basement where we installed our WaterGuard system and a sump pump to fix the issue. Over time, another problem has occurred and the window began to leak. To fix the leaking window our team installed a window duct drain to collect the water and direct it to the sump pump.
